These are perfect if you're looking for a bathing suit bottom with a little bit of upper thigh coverage. And no seams to adjust every time you get out of the water. I've worn them swimming, snorkeling, and under a wetsuit. They work beautifully. I'm stocking up on all the colors available.

Although it's described as activewear, I find it very comfortable for sleeping as well; the quick drying fabric is great for when I have hot flashes and night sweats and the soft stretch of the fabric offers nice support without feeling tight or confining. The easy-care fabric is so soft and free of irritating seams and labels that I can wear it even when my fibromyalgia pain sensitivity flairs, so I imagine it would be comfortable for PMS sensitivity as well.
